Welcome to our Trainee Teachers
AIM Academies Trust strives to ensure outstanding education and personal development for all our students and staff. As such it is no accident that London Academy is the lead school for AIM Alliance Schools - an organisation dedicated to training and developing teachers in North London. A number of experienced teaching assistants have chosen to continue with their training to become fully qualified teachers through the School Direct Programme. 2019/2020 sees the Alliance supporting 24 trainee teachers on the School Direct programme along with 7 Teach First students. We wish them all the very best of luck during their training year ahead.
